A trip to the spa should be a relaxing, blissful experience for everyone. We have put together a few tips to help you make the most out of your upcoming visits to Fresh Touch Spa.

Upon Registration

Inform us if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions we need to be aware of prior to the service. Fresh Touch Spa reserves the right to refuse treatment at its discretion.

For Facial Treatments, it is also important that you disclose all recent treatments done or if you are currently undergoing any treatments.

Reservations

We do accept walk-in appointment although we recommend booking ahead of your desired schedule.

Clock Courtesy

We highly appreciate your arrival ten minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a hassle-free experience. A ten-minute grace period is likewise provided, however please understand that if the time exceeds the grace period, your slot may be given to walk-in guests.

Maintaining the Serenity 

Fresh Touch Spa and Aesthetics is a haven of tranquility. We request that you lower your voice when talking and mobile phones on silent mode as not to disturb the other guests. Smoking is strictly prohibited.

Your Comfort

We appreciate that going to a wellness center is a very personal experience. Please let your facialist/therapist know if you are alright with the flow of treatment.
